– An extra border is added which is titled & signed, ready for framing

Standard sizes are –

A Giclee print is a high resolution print of the original painting

Prints are produced with an HD printer using light fast pigment inks as opposed to dye based ink

The High definition printer used can produce a far wider spectrum of colour and vibrancy

Printing is on archival Fine Art, textured papers which are acid free & light fast, so no fading for over 90 years

A border is left around the image to allow for framing

Titled & signed on the border by Andy and arrives in a protective postal tube or flat in cardboard

Please handle Giclee prints very carefully as the ink is almost powdery on the surface and is easily marked

A framer will know how to put your print in a suitable frame

About the original painting

An oil painting & art prints of a Loch Ness at sunset in The Highlands of Scotland.

Prints of an original abstract, atmospheric skyscape painting of a summer sunset over Loch Ness, Scotland.

A dramatic mix of mediums in very vibrant colours are blended and layered over the canvas to produce a very atmospheric painting depicting the ever changing light and weather conditions of Scotland’s Highland lochs. I love to combine and layer the different types of paint and application of medium, creating a unique style of atmospheric painting full of colour and drama.

The painting continues around the deep edges of the canvas giving a very contemporary style although it can be framed if you wish.
