A Giclee print is a high resolution print of the original painting.
Prints are produced with an HD printer using light fast pigment inks as opposed to dye based ink.
The High definition printer used can produce a far wider spectrum of colour and vibrancy.
Printing is on archival Fine Art, textured papers which are acid free & light fast, so no fading for over 90 years.
A border is left around the image to allow for framing.
Titled & signed on the border by Andy and arrives in a protective postal tube or flat in cardboard.
Please handle Giclee prints very carefully as the ink is almost powdery on the surface and is easily marked.

A framer will know how to put your print in a suitable frame

All Andy’s work suits black as it really ‘pops’ the colours out.
Frames are all ready to hang easily, with a grip fixing on the reverse.
All are titled & signed on the mount by Andy.

Blocks have a sunken keyhole hanger on the reverse making them easy and ready to hang.

About the original painting

An abstract geometric digital edit of two original paintings combined to produce a cosmic composite image of The Machrie Moor Standing Stones on The Isle Of Arran.

A range of prints from the two original paintings by contemporary artists Andy Peutherer & Michelle Campbell

The paintings are composed together in Photoshop editing software to produce a new altered image of The Machrie Stones.

The island of Arran is located in Ayrshire, just of the west Coast of Scotland.

A mix of mediums are used in both original paintings including spray paint, pigment inks, acrylic paint, oil paint and grafite pencil.

Both paintings have been combined but cutting and pasting / layering the original photographs of the works into a new image composition, part geometric art and part Scottish landscape painting.
